She is also known as The Virgin of Hope of Macarena (her Marian title falls under a category of Our Lady of Sorrows commemorating the desolate grievance and piety of the Virgin Mary).

On the reverse are the sacred symbols associated with her including a regal crown, a rosary and a coat of arms.
