This ornate antique Spanish Mother Mary medal is truly outstanding. On the front is a depiction of Our Lady of The Pillar with The Child Jesus. The medallion is marked for silver purity and the remaining gold gilt finish casts an otherworldy glow. On the reverse is a lovely engraving with the original recipient´s initials AJ.
